A beautiful collection of Morpho Didius butterflies specimens.
A wonderful entomology collection of fourteen vivid blue Morpho butterflies in their original glazed wooden display case finished with a dated paper label to the bottom. A phenomenal decorative piece & a real head-turner.

Wear commensurate with age, very light damage to some of the specimens as you'd expect but they are in extremely good condition overall given their age & fragile nature, the colours are absolutely amazing given theiy are nearing 100 years old. The case is showing it's age a little with an old repair to one corner but remains solid. Totally untouched.
