Art Deco Smoke Set Signed by Jonson & Marcius 80's
Decorated in Black Enamel and Gold Leaf Labeled by Jonson & Marcius 1980's deco revival style, New York (NYC), NY
This set is comprised of two pieces; a lidded cigarette box with a heavily-sculpted, lacquer enamel, gold leaf-decorated lid over a brass clad, felt-lined wood compartment, and a globe-shaped, sculpted cigarette lighter in black lacquer enamel with gold embellishments. Gold-speckled lacquer reminiscent of Jean Dunand art deco designs. The lighter has a functional striker, but has not been tested with lighter fluid. Signature in engraved script.
