This is a vintage cigar press. A German, pine and beech 20 piece mould, dating to the mid 20th century, circa 1950. Delightful mid century example, with appeal for the collector Displays a desirable aged patina and in good original order Pine and beech stocks show warm caramel hues Two-piece clamshell form fits tightly into the 20 cigar sections Maker's name, date of 1953 and serial numbers feature on the top surface Franz Geiger Cigarren-Fabriken of Oberweier was founded in 1889 This is a fascinating vintage cigar press, with appealing ageing and interest for the collector of cigar presses or associated items.
