Pair of Vintage Articulated Monkeys in Teak and Other Woods

About

These adorable vintage articulated monkeys originated in Denmark in the 1950s and were copied by others around the world as they are so delightful to children and adults alike as both toys and cherished collectables! The large monkey is mostly teak and is in the style of Kay Bojesen, although it is unsigned. It is impressively large, measuring in height. The articulation works perfectly and it is in fantastic vintage condition. The smaller monkey is from the Zoo-Line manufacturers, and is largely oak and teak. The articulation also works perfectly and it is also in very good vintage condition. The small monkey measures 7" H x 6.5" W x 6" D. Wish to purchase them separately? The large one is priced at $795, the small one at $295 or buy both together for $995.
