Terrestrial globe edit by Wagner & Debes, Germany 1900.

About the Item

Wheel turned oak wood base, with round foot, moved profile and leg, with original patina. Terrestrial globe, edited by Wagner & Debes, Lipzig. The globe is made out of papier maché, finished with pastiglia ( refined chalk ) and completed by the copper printed color gores. A small compass is placed over the foot of the base. Germany beginning of 20th century.
