20th Century Four Panel Hand Painted Screen
About the Item
An Italian hand painted wood room divider from the 20th century. This antique accordion style folding screen from Italy features 4 connected panels, each with an arch-shaped top, with original hand painted foliage motif and nailhead accent trim. The back-sides of these panels are black ebonized. The wood finish has a lovely aged patina. This 20th century Italian painted screen would be a beautiful dressing room screen, or perhaps used to add interest and visually fill a corner space within a larger room.
