An amazing wooden screen, Arts & Crafts, circa 1900, with an engraving. A Madrid map, from the same epoca. The original engraving was made in 1656 by Pedro Teixeira Portuguese cartographer in the service of King Felipe IV of Spain (Lisboa 1595-Madrid 1662) "Mantua carpetanorum sive Matritum Urbs Regia" its the most complete map made over the city of Madrid . This screen is a beautiful piece to separate rooms, spaces or to be hanging like a painting on the wall An interesting piece for art collector.
