FOLDWORK - rack - brass
About the Item
The FOLDWORK RACK is a crossbreed between a wall piece, inspired by half-timbered constructions, and a clothes horse. It hangs on the wall and can be unfolded to provide more space for the laundry. The initial idea for the FOLDWORK collection was to provide disregarded and primarily functional products in our household with a new appearance and give them their own personality in order to get them out of the utility rooms into the centre of our living-rooms.
The RACK comes with three brass screws to mount it to the wall.

Combining her background in both fine art and design, STUDIO BERG founder Friederike Delius creates unconventional pieces that playfully question our understanding of familiar objects, turning their everyday use into something special. All her design pieces are handcrafted with her team in her own Berlin studio or created in collaboration with small local manufacturers using high quality craftsmanship and carefully selected materials.
