About the Item
Couple of bedroom valets, the Mr & Mrs Heart model, envisioned by Swiss designer Robert Wettstein in the 1980s.
Crafted by hand with artisanal precision, each features a wrought iron frame embracing a molded leather bust of either a man or a woman, secured with visible cords.
Mrs. Herz (designed in 1986) participated in "Wohnen von Sinnen, Gefühlscollagen" at the Kunstmuseum in Düsseldorf, marking the inaugural exhibition dedicated to the imaginative and avant-garde furniture design of the 80s.
Stamped with the mark "Anthologie Quartett" on the reverse.
