A standing coat rack with rotating top made of white painted iron. An elegant coat rack with curls and a feminine shape in the style of Jean Royere, French Designer (1902-1981) The legs are twisted iron.
The top is rotating and is loose, of which the pin, which goes into the stem, is weighted.
