This is an antique segmented stick stand. An English, brass and cast iron hallway rack, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1900.
Distinctive eight section stick stand with appealing colour

Each corner of the bracket decorated with small brass finials
Stout brass drip tray with elongated quarterfoil form
