Mid-Century Umbrella Stand by Bucciarelli/Fornasetti Milano Italy
About the Item
Italian early 1950’s umbrella stand by Bucciarelli of Milan with brass rim and graphic prints depicting three ladies on an ivory enamelled surface. The actual cylinder is made from iron making the stand quite heavy standing solidly. This peice was most likely one of a number of designs by Fornasetti commisioned by the Milanese department store Bucciarelli. The original stamp is still intact in the base.
