About the Item

This is a beautiful set of French padded red curtains with a gorgeous weaved trim and fringe tassels. The color is a rich, elegant red and the trim band is wide and multicolored with a blue and tan motif. The tassels are multicolored in red, tan and blue. These are heavy curtains with interior padding and the back sides continue the red fabric. Hung as beautiful curtains or transformed into pillows and/or a bedroom quilt set- these would add elegance to any room. For the one large panel trimmed on both sides and bottom the French often use such pieces draped over a dining table as an elegant holiday tablecloth. The possibilities are endless and this volume of fabric could cover a variety of uses. There are two sets of panels that are the same size, plus one very large panel which is trimmed on both sides has been sewn together so could be easily split into two separate panels, as well as one large panel and two valances. Sizes and details as follows: Four panels (two left and two right panels), Width 46 inches x Height 113 inches (See first and second photo) One panel length 52 inches x height 94 inches (the panel has front trim on two sides and is double-sided with trim on the back (see 3rd and 4th photos) One panel width 144 x height 86 inches this extra large panel has trim on both sides and fringe on the bottom and a seam down the middle which could be split to make another set of curtain panels or used as a bed quilt or a tablecloth (see 5th photo) One long valance (6th photo) One small valance, width 22 inches x height 18 inches (7th photo) The remaining photos are to show curtain, fabric, trim and tassel details.
