19th century embroidered Asian long bolster accent pillow. The decorative textile panel has an intricate embroidered pattern with metallic threads embroidered onto linen and is accentuated with stripes and woven design details of cotton threads on linen creating a traditional Asian pattern. Decorative pillow in shades of antique gold, copper, red, blue, Kelly green, brown, royal blue, purple, black and yellow. Kelly green is an intense pure green color that purportedly got its name from the common family name in Ireland, inspired by the lush green landscapes there. Handcrafted accent pillow finished with yellow textured linen backing. Hand-stitched closure (no zipper.) handmade and designed in the USA with a custom-made pillow insert.
