Crafted from antique handwoven wool once used as waistbands in regional women’s attire, this cover offer a rare glimpse into the sartorial traditions of Sivas, an Anatolian region of Turkey. The vertical striping in earthy reds, creams, and deep blues has softened beautifully with age, lending warmth and subtle rhythm to any space.
The back is lined with moss green Turkish Kutnu fabric, providing a rich yet understated counterpoint to the patterned front. The pairing of antique wool with this grounding hue creates a quiet harmony of texture and tone, making the pair a versatile addition to both classic and modern interiors.
