Rollakan pillow, Sweden 19th Century. Down and feather filling. Very good used condition according to age. Minimal wear. Lovely piece of Scandinavian folk art weaving of the 19th century realized in kelim technique or flat weave wool. It has a vibrant and varied palette of green, beige, light grey blue against of vivid red background to one side, and two bands decorated in traditional folk patterns over a rust background.
