The Scandinavian Y-shaped, armchairs have a curved slim backrest with arched arms, supported by four rounded wooden legs. At least hundred steps are required to design, produced each side chair. The seat cover is made of original hand woven paper rope. Refurbished and hand polished. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1950 - 1960, Denmark, Scandinavia. These gorgeous tables are in vintage, original condition with almost no signs of wear, and feature an incredibly beautiful grain pattern, not usually found on these nesting tables. This set is gorgeous and when we found them, they were placed alongside an original Hans Wegner Papa Bear chair and a Finn Juhl France chair, and not only did they hold their own, they really completed the tableau.
