Based on an original Asmara painting inspired by an antique French Aubusson rug and the lyrical gardens of Provence seen on a summer night. Green, teal and aqua vines laden with flowers in powder blue, lilac, rose, red, coral, yellow and gold cover a midnight-black ground. Made with fine quality wool yarns this handmade needlepoint rug has many subtle color shades similar to antique rugs. Has passed independent durability tests by the Independent Textile Service of Dalton, Georgia, USA. Green manufacturing methods make this rug safe for children and pets. Used with a pad this rug helps to keep rooms warm in winter, cool in summer and dampen urban noise. Measures: 14'-3" x 20'.
