Antique Moghan Kazak circa 1910

About the Item

A beautiful example of Moghan kazak created by artisans of the caucus featuring four rows of Memlinc gul lattice on a turquoise field. Each of these Memlinc gul is woven within a square boxed with S border in tan color. This compartmental design is then surrounded by an impressive ivory border of the " serpent" design probably curled leaves.
