Spectacular Chinese Art Deco carpet with unusual violet ground and mulberry border, the outer edges with nature details, including flowers, insects, butterflies, and birds. Circa 1930.
This rug has a very unusual colour combination with a lovely free flowing design typical of the Art Deco period.
It has been professionally cleaned and is in wonderful condition.
