This custom flat-weave is a fabulous example of crème de la crème craft dressed in a simple and versatile design which, without a slightest problem, will fit into any contemporary interior arrangement. Its vast field, rendered in a light gray shade resembling the natural color of wool, is covered in an allover pattern of warm brown stripes.
Each stripe is not a homogenous line but a collection of minute vertical lines with tiny spaces in between them to add even more lightness to this stylish and spacious composition. Although both colors used in the design are rather neutral, the combination of light gray and brown creates an interesting contrast between the warm and the cold tone. To provide the best possible quality, the custom flat-woven rug was made in accordance with old and refined weaving techniques by a skilled artisan. Its body was meticulously hand-woven of the finest wool to ensure that the structure of the modern rug is firm and durable.
