Long Pile Vintage Moroccan Rug with Ecru Ground and Dark Brown Design

About the Item

Thick and with a long pile, this Beni Ouarain takeoff shows a gradually flattening irregular dark brown lattice against a borderless ecru ground. The pattern clearly moves up and to one side. The peripheral irregularities proclaim that this is a true nomadic creation. Dark wool foundation with tassels at one end. Coarse weave. Good condition.
