About the Item
I totally fell in love with that unique and colorful vintage item! It is of course all handmade and probably from the area of Boujad, Morocco. I would say it is between a thick and heavy blanket and a flatweave kilim.
I hope you can see from the pictures and video attached how rich the colors and designs are. It is not your simple striped kilim. It shows super nice embroideries that make it a very special item! Mostly green and pink and red, it also has some blue, yellow, orange... only fresh and fun colors for your space!
Materials are wool and cotton. The kilim is a flatweave, with textured embroideries.
Approximate dimensions are 5.1x10.2feet (+6inches tassels) / 157x312cm (+15cm tassels).
The item was not cut and comes in its original shape. Both extremities were fixed though: there's a brand new broder close to the red part, and regular tassels on the opposite ending. Due to the handmade weaking work, the item is not perfectly rectangle (see main picture of it.)

- Condition:Repaired: Brand new border and tassels. Rewoven. Wear consistent with age and use. This kilim is real vintage, it's been made first for private use, not directly for the market. It will come with signs of wear and a rustic look I would say, some variations in colors. It has been fixed and cleaned and is now in good condition.
