About the Item

The 19th century Persian Kashan library rug with a Vase “Tree of Life” design with birds on branches elevating towards the heavens. The field is a very rare and desirable ivory color. The gorgeous border is in a rust red color with the birds design throughout the border. The rug is so finely woven and a very short pile and it feels like a fine textile than a hand-woven rug; It would be and would be great as a tapestry wall art or displayed on the floor.
