The extensive use of vegetable dyes is an important advantage of this particular piece as the vast majority of Kashans found on the market are made with chemical dyes and, of course, the pleasure of vegetable dyes is much greater. The artistic merit of this beautiful rug, combined with the fantastic condition of the piece, would make it a wonderful addition to any collection of elegant antique Persian rugs.
