:: Finely woven intricate design motif comprised of a main center medallion in classic Karaja style with sharp serrated contour and rams horn motif. Excellent balance between positive and neutral spacing within the field, in a carpet of hard to find size / proportions. Colors and shades include: Cherry red, brick red, mallard green, ivory, rich blush, sky blue, navy blue and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads, light isolated areas of foundation showing through. Original double side cord selvages intact, tatter to either end. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Fine Karaja square rug made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 3'9" x 4'4".
