About the Item

This solidly woven NW Persian villager piece shows an hexagonal madder field enclosing a dark blue octogramme medallion and an ecru 12 lobe sub medallion. Dark blue triangular corners with red quarter medallions at the corners/ Hooked ecru medallions in field. Red strip style border with reversing turtles. Moderate weave. Natural dyes. Good condition.
