Tribal Wool Persian Carpet, Blue, Red, Cream, and Brown, 3' x 6'

About the Item

Bring some charm into your home with this tribal 3' x 6' blue, red, cream, and brown wool Persian carpet. From the Qashqai tribes of Persia, rustic masterpieces such as this piece exude the personality of those artisans that create them. The wool has been hand spun to provide the carpet with the beautiful striation of the colors across its entire length. Carpets such as this one were not woven based off of a particular design, but instead improvised by the artisan weaving it, lending it a truly unique appearance and adding to its status as an heirloom piece. Only totally organic vegetable dyes created the hues of the colors in the design, creating tones simultaneously subtle yet also vibrant.
