About the Item

Hand-knotted in red, cream, grey, brown, green, blue, and gold handspun wool, this Persian Qashqai carpet measures 3’8” x 5’11” and features a distinctive prowling leopard design. Plush, functional, and resilient in quality, the hand-knotted weave naturally produces a soft pile, including a durable foundation without latex or adhesives. The rich colors throughout the carpet’s design are achieved using organic vegetable dyes, preferred for their bright hues and fade-resistant qualities, while many of the neutral tones of the field exhibit the natural undyed colors of the sheep’s wool.
