Using the Empire State design as its foundation, Excelsior offers a simplified expression of this pattern utilizing only the outlines of the elements. Hand-knotted, Excelsior showcases a soft cream architectural outline atop a neutral gray background. Orley Shabahang works house to house, village to village with our weavers, working to preserve the art of weaving as a cottage industry, and implementing ancient weaving methods to create the antiques of the future.
