Reflecting elements of Scandinavian Modern style with incredible detail and texture, this handwoven vintage Swedish rollakan rug is a captivating vision of woven beauty. The geometric design and soft colors woven into this piece work together creating a truly classic look. The abrashed sky blue field features an all-over geometric pattern composed of smaller stepped star motifs. Repeating stepped ziggurat shapes run along the vertical sides giving this piece a sense of order and definition. The amalgamation of colors harmonize one another, creating the perfect design and emanating function and versatility. The pattern was designed by Ingegerd Silow; initials IS are woven in the corner.
