72623, distressed vintage Turkish Oushak Gallery rug with rustic Art Deco style. This hand knotted wool distressed vintage Turkish Oushak gallery rug features three gul amulets in a compartment style panel. There are different symbols in each compartment: some have eight-point starts, ram’s horn, triangles, zigzags, and palmettes. Stepped ziggurats run along the length of the rug. It is enclosed with a botanical border flanked with an outer running water guard band. Enhanced by its distressed composition and waves of abrash sweeping across the field, this vintage Oushak rug beautifully displays worn-in charm with an intimate patina.
