An elegant vintage 2x16 Sivas Kilim runner from the vintage selections in Rug & Kilim’s renowned Kilim & Flat Weave Collection. Handwoven in wool originating from Turkey circa 1980–1990, the runner enjoys a rare play of flat weaving and pile techniques. The weave in unison with a careful concoction of different patterns accentuates the sense of movement through a repetitive geometric design resting beautifully in this regal red colourway that adorns yellow-black dots and tribal symbols for a nomadic vibe. The multicolor pile adds a refreshing dimension to the diamond pattern prevailing in black and baby blue tones.
