Outstanding Excellent Condition Antique Oushak Carpet

About the Item

This is an outstanding Oushak in excellent pile, with a brisk Turkey red open field showcasing a jagged lime and gold pendanted medallion with tonally matching double corners. The very wide border has an elaborate reciprocal crenelation pattern in red and lime, along with orange-yellow lotus palmettes. All in all, a bold and powerful carpet with perfectly preserved colors.
