About

This two sided tribal piece from Southeast Turkey is flat woven with a bright pattern on the front with traditional motifs, such as the evil eye and ram's horn. It was originally used to transport and store grains and help preserve other goods. The beauty of this item is that it can be used for so many things-it can be cut in half and used as a runner, made into an oversized pillow, or it can function as is as a small runner or floor mat.

One of a kind and completely handmade. Open on one side.
