Oversized geometric center medallion with interior germinating plants, starburst design elements, and hook and latch germinating plant design motifs with crab style design elements therein. Each corner spandrel and the minor medallion bears interior starburst floral top views, wrapped by a geometric primitive germinating plant main border, interconnected by delicate vinery. Colors and shades include: Ivory, sky blue, sea foam green, terracotta, copper, antique ivory, hints of pale blush, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Minor isolated areas of weft knot heads showing through in a red shade. Minor tinting. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak carpet made in Turkey circa 1990's vintage. Size measures 7' x 11'5".
