:: Roundel scalloped center medallion with scrolled leaves adorned at either end by vase shaped finials atop an open ground and corner spandrel overlays reciprocating the contour of the main medallion. Weaver diagonal meeting points of merged wefts visible from the face telling the story of the weaving process! Colors and shades include: Antique ivory, dusty cream, cobalt blue, dusty lime green, and more. Condition notes: Wear across to foundation and knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak carpet made in Turkey circa 1960's vintage. Size measures 6'10" x 9'10".
