51801, vintage Turkish Oushak Gallery rug with craftsman style, wide hallway runner. This hand knotted wool vintage Turkish Oushak gallery rug features three connected latch-hooked and stepped hexagonal medallions alternating with small hooked diamonds spread across an abrashed brick red field. Floral cross designs embellished with S-shaped hooks prominently decorate the interiors of the medallions. The main border features large geometric florets and rectangular bands in alternating colors, while two running water guard borders add contrast and a touch of simplicity to the border scheme. Two floral lappet panels bookend the composition. Gorgeous shades of purple, blue, orange, and yellow set against the rich red field creates an unexpected, yet thoroughly stunning color palette. In combination with its bold design, this handsome vintage Turkish Oushak rug would be a wonderful addition to any space.
