About the Item

This vintage runner is an exciting new addition to Rug & Kilim’s Mid-Century Pasha Collection. This line is a commemoration, with rare curations we believe to hail from multidisciplinary Turkish designer Zeki Müren. Hand-knotted in wool circa 1960-1970, this rug marks one of Müren’s mid-century interpretations of Art Deco rug styles. Its field is beige with cream notes, and its geometric patterns enjoy a range of green, gold, and black hues. Connoisseurs will admire Müren’s talent for recapturing this iconic style in his own way—particularly with a sense of attitude and presence.
