This vintage 2x7 runner is an exciting new addition to Rug & Kilim’s Mid-Century Pasha Collection. Hand-knotted in wool circa 1960-1970, we believe these rare curations to hail from acclaimed multidisciplinary Turkish designer Zeki Müren. Further on the Design: This runner is one of the artist’s distinct signatures enjoying polychromatic stripes in the most unusual, playful colors. Keen eyes will admire a distinct play of gold, forest green, beige-brown and red tones in its many rich and vibrant hues. Connoisseurs will further note this runner is longer than most in his works found today—a collectible and versatile piece with limitless potential. Further on the Condition: This mid-century runner further enjoys an otherwise good condition for this provenance. Its pile has been lowered, which lends a distressed element to the texture.
