This flat-woven beauty is a masterpiece of contemporary weaving craft modeled on the venerable tradition of Aubusson rug art. Its design of architectural, geometric and botanical motifs, although opulent, is very consistent and revolves around the central medallion surrounded by floral garlands and corner spandrels. This utterly elegant composition is complemented by an equally glamorous color palette of extinguished gold, brown, delicate pinks, beiges and blues.
