Made with New Zealand wool.
Kihnu is a London based design practice by Danish textile designer Kristina Kazantseva. Kristina obtained her MA in Textile Design from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in 2019. In her work, Kristina explores the theme of materiality, playing with softness and texture.
The textile works encourage us to use our senses as humans, to feel the surface and form by touching the objects. They are an invitation to spark people's imagination and make surroundings more playful and exciting.

Kihnu
Kihnu is a London based design studio working with furniture, installation and textiles. The studio is founded by Danish textile designer Kristina Kazantseva, shortly after finishing her MA at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. Kihnu explores the intersection between art and design, bringing a new, experimental and playful approach to familiar objects. The designs encourage us to feel the texture and surface of the materials. Kihnu's work is collected by design enthusiasts across 4 continents and has been featured in publications such as The Financial Times.
