Crocheted Tetex rug made in Germany, Design Hériz Sérapi. Mid-20th century.
Heriz Sérapi designer rug antique gloss with central medallion and geometric pattern. This charming rug features an open design with a range of cheerful colors. Surrounding its small central medallion, this piece is characterized by an elaborate and complex overall design with geometric elements.
Size : 295x195 cm.
Condition: Abrach = color difference on the beige background as well as in the main border due to the exposure of the rug to the sun over time.
Partially damaged edges on both sides visible from behind. Small brownish spots slightly visible in the beige background, yellowed and hardened but solid fringes. The carpet warps slightly on both sides, visible in the photos.
The carpet has been professionally cleaned.
