About the Item

Beautiful pair of French original Directoire - Louis XVI chairs, France, 18th century. Original painted French Greenish gray with blue accents. All pegged construction, these came out of a Palm Beach estate and are solid and sturdy with a wonderful old original patina. Upholstered in muslin which can remain or re-upholster in a fabric of your choice. This pair will make a wonderful statement in just about any setting.
