19th Century English Gothic Style Set of 4 Armchairs

About the Item

A set of four 19th-century armchairs in the English Gothic style, this exceptional collection showcases a faux Macassar wood finish. The chairs are upholstered in two distinct materials: the interior features luxurious black leather with elegant button-tufted detailing, while the exterior is adorned with an antique 19th-century Italian fabric, complete with intricate nailhead trim. This exquisite set makes a striking statement and pairs beautifully with our African Sugar Grinder table, also available in our 1stDibs storefront. Please note that while the wood has been expertly refinished, the leather shows some damage. We encourage you to zoom in on the photos for a closer look at the condition of the leather.
