About the Item
Remarkable set (5) of horn and hairhide armchairs, ottomans and round side table.
Bring a touch of the rugged West to your interior with these authentic steer horn and hair on hide armchairs (2), matching ottomans (2) and round accent table (1).
The hair-on-hide is distinctive with white, dark brown and black creating dramatic western appeal. The two large armchairs are accented with a liberty and eagle coin on each.
Note in photos the striking color and curves of the steer horns. These vintage chairs are solid, stable, ready to use and enjoy.
Back legs of one chair shows minor cracks (where screw attaches to the 2 rear horn legs); back right leg on other chair has small missing chip near floor. Old repair to bottom tips of table. Minor impressions to seat. Hide is also nailed to back of upper seat so chairs are attractive from any angle.
All scratches, scuffs (see photos), cracks, dings, and age related separation are reflective of age and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this incredible set. Signs of verdigris on brass nail heads.
