This 18th century British Oak Armchair is an absolutely unique piece of furniture. It has a very unusual mythological design which dedicated to the Sea. This Throne Armchair looks truly magnificent and royal with its perfectly carved Mermaid and Merman, heads of God Poseidon and Gargoyles, which are located on the back and front of the chair and a fairy tale like heads with open mouth on each armrest. This chair is rich and voluptuous with its beautiful velvet red upholstery and one-of-a kind design. This extraordinary piece is a real discovery not only for the sea and mythology lovers but also for a connoisseur who appreciate unique matchless objects of art.
