Armchair "Green" and Pouf Hand-Carved Polyurethane Body Numbered from 1 to 30

A Malachite Sea Rock, Ascended from the deep sea after the eruption of a Vulcan, is a stone, a flower blossom that, beaten from the waves, is converting in a hosting space for a person. Piero Gilardi is giving back to the houses the natural element, converting it in a cosy and imposing chair. Design Piero Gilardi. 30 pieces numbered, with inox steel plate, certificate of origin and warranty. Product entirely realized in Italy. Structure and insert made of multi rayed PVC Entirely hand-carved polyurethane body. GuGom washable finish. Colour green GuGom is our exclusive polyurethane finishing process in many colors and techniques, including paintings. It is a strictly artisanal process carried out in eight painting steps that can not be repeated at an industrial level and is the result of years of research and testing. Soft and elastic gives a tactile “sexy” touch to the user. Depending on the designer’s products and choices, it may have semilucid or opaque finish.

Gugliermetto Experience

View Profile
Gugliermetto Experience is the 2nd life of Gugliermetto’s family. The old generation consisting of four brothers, Francesco, Giuseppe, Guido and Piero, coined the acronym Mobilgufram, then changed to Multigufram and finally Gufram (Gugliermetto Fratelli Arredamenti Moderni, sold in 2004 to Poltrona Frau) and they have chosen to produce modern furniture, at the expense of furnishings in a classical style, putting his hand to a family tradition started by generations. Gugliermetto in their long career have collaborated with some of the most important artists and authors of Italian design: Pietro Raimondi, Ugo Nespolo, Piero Gilardi, Strum with Piero Derossi, Giorgio Ceretti and Roberto Rosso, Studio 65 with Gianni Arnaudo, Franco Audrito, Nanà Sampaniotou, Ferruccio Tartaglia, Giancarlo Paci and other students, Franco Mello and Guido Drocco, Giorgio De Ferrari, Gino Bistagnino, Gianni Pettena, Roberto Lazzeroni, Angelo Cusimano, Joachim De Barros, De Pas, D'Urbino, Gaetano Pesce and many others. The history of the company they founded is on all design books and known by any enthusiast. The new challenge for the last generation of Gugliermetto is to write chapters of another beginning.
