1950s armchair beds.
Pair of elegant French-made armchairs, 1950s.
The armchairs offer 3 different configuration options: seat, dormeuse and bed.
The sliding seat allows it to be opened and widened, and the backrest that reclines to different heights allows it to be fully reclined.
For added convenience, the armrests can be removed, resulting in a flat surface with no constraints.
Typically designed in the 1950s, these refined armchairs feature an ash wood shell and a two-tone beige and green cotton seat.
They are in excellent conservative condition as they have undergone a total restoration of both the wood and the seats.
