Beautiful and elegant Regency armchair in original and untouched condition.
Made in England during the first quarter of the 19th century.
Featuring splat back with vertical spindles adorned with a carved gold-plated fan-shaped element at the bottom.
Curved armrests adorned with carved and gold-plated foliage details.
Frame in painted wood with original colors of maroon, green and gilt but a beautiful natural age-related patina.
Loose seat covered in green fabric. Supported by saber shaped leg.
England 1800-1815.
